Section 482 temporary regulations
Kash Mansori will be presenting on the new temporary regulations issued by the IRS in September 2015 under Section 482, covering the specifics of the new regulations in detail, how they will impact Section 367 transactions, and implications for method selection and transfer pricing analyses more generally.
International Indirect Taxation
Raj Basi will be presenting on VAT issues for US companies including: an intro to the world of VAT/GST, whether a supply is subject to VAT/GST, VAT/GST issues faced with goods and services as well as VAT recovery.
