Lake Ray

Lake was named President of FCMA in 2011. In this role, and as State Representative (2008-2016) he has advocated for the growth and economic success of the manufacturing industry. Additionally, he is responsible for administration oversight, increasing public awareness, policy development and membership. Lake has a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from University of Florida and worked as a civil engineer/small business owner for 30 years.

Maria Corby

Maria joined the FCMA staff in April 1999, originally working as support staff for membership, community relations, workforce development, and public relations, tasked with database upkeep and the monthly newsletter. Currently, Maria is charged with supporting the Government Relations, Environmental Health & Safety and Business to Business committees. Maria also supports the Board of Directors, Professional Progress and produces FCMA special events, including the Outstanding Employee & Company Awards, Annual Symposium and Golf Tournament.

Clay Yarborough

Clay joined the FCMA team in September 2019 as Business Development Manager. His focus is on growing the association and working with existing members to ensure they are best-equipped to meet business demands. Clay supports our Membership & Workforce Development committees. Clay earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from UNF and previously worked at UPS for 15 years. Clay also currently serves in the Florida House of Representatives where he supports sound fiscal management, pro-business policies, increased economic development opportunities, and greater quality of life for the First Coast and all of Florida.

Abe Alangadan

Abe Alangadan serves FCMA as our designated Board member for FloridaMakes. Abe is the senior project portfolio manager for Johnson & Johnson Vision. He is a mentor and supporter of the Johnson & Johnson Bridge to Employment program; Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Inc., Academy of Advanced Manufacturing & Engineering program; and Women in STEM program, strengthening access to education for high school students of northeast Florida in partnership with local public schools and colleges. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and a master’s degree in environmental science. He lives in Jacksonville.

Stephanie Starling

Stephanie became part of the FCMA staff in fall 2020 as our administrative support. Stephanie studied literature at FSCJ and worked for 14 years for Stein Mart prior to joining the FCMA team.
